Join the Sales team as a Sales Operations Specialist – Inbound Sales.
Serve as an initial contact for businesses interested in payment solutions.
Handle inbound opportunities and help move qualified merchants through the sales pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound sales leads and contact potential merchants.
- Understand merchant business and payment needs and qualify suitable opportunities.
- Introduce and explain digital payment solutions and services.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain CRM lead and opportunity records.
- Coordinate with Sales and internal teams during sales and merchant onboarding.
- Track leads, conversion rates, and sales performance.
- Support inbound sales process improvements and timely prospect follow-up.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in inbound sales, inside sales, sales development, or a similar role.
- Experience handling and qualifying B2B sales leads.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines.
- Target-driven with strong follow-up skills.
- Experience in fintech, digital payments, payment gateways, or financial services is preferred.
- Arabic and English communication skills.
