Moyasar is seeking a Compliance Specialist to join its Compliance team.
The role supports compliance for a regulated payments business operating under Saudi Central Bank requirements.
Responsibilities
- Support compliance policies, procedures, and controls in line with SAMA requirements.
- Monitor regulatory updates and assess their business impact.
- Conduct compliance reviews, monitoring, and testing.
- Support regulatory reports, filings, and submissions.
- Apply regulatory requirements to payment operations and business processes.
- Maintain compliance records and documentation.
- Support inspections, audits, information requests, investigations, corrective actions, and compliance training.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in compliance within fintech, payments, banking, or financial services.
- Good understanding of SAMA regulations and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with compliance monitoring, controls, policies, and regulatory reporting.
- Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills.
- Arabic and English communication skills.
