Moyasar is seeking an Enterprise Risk Specialist to join its Risk team.
The role identifies, assesses, and monitors risks across a regulated payments business and supports stronger controls.
Responsibilities
- Identify and assess risks across payment operations and business activities.
- Conduct enterprise and operational risk assessments.
- Maintain risk registers and support risk reporting.
- Analyze risk data and prepare management reports.
- Support risk policies, controls, and mitigation plans.
- Monitor controls and follow up on action plans.
- Coordinate with company teams to identify and manage risks.
- Monitor regulatory requirements and support SAMA alignment.
- Support business continuity, disaster recovery, incident, and emerging risk assessments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in enterprise risk, operational risk, or a related area.
- Good understanding of risk assessments, risk registers, controls, and mitigation plans.
- Understanding of SAMA regulatory requirements.
- Experience in fintech, payments, banking, or financial services is preferred.
- Strong analytical, reporting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Arabic and English communication skills.
