Moyasar is seeking an HR Specialist – Recruitment to support hiring as the company grows in the fintech and payments sector.
The role manages the recruitment journey from sourcing and screening through offers and onboarding across technology, business, and corporate functions.
What You’ll Do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned vacancies.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, the applicant tracking system, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate follow-ups.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for growing teams.
- Keep applicant tracking system and recruitment data accurate and up to date.
- Support offers and pre-employment requirements.
- Coordinate onboarding for new employees.
- Track recruitment KPIs and hiring progress.
- Help improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.
- Good sourcing and interviewing skills.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms.
- Strong communication and organization skills.
- Ability to recruit for different functions and manage multiple vacancies.
- Experience in fintech, technology, or financial services is a plus.
- Arabic and English communication skills.
