Job Description
- The incumbent will be on their own/dependant VISA and will: Sales Executive. Department: Revenue & Growth Hub. Reports To: Revenue & Growth Lead. Purpose: To support revenue generation by managing prospecting, CRM activities, proposals, follow ups, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify prospective clients.
- Conduct cold calls and outreach campaigns.
- Arrange meetings with decision makers.
- Follow up on proposals and quotations.
- Maintain sales pipeline.
- Understand all the various Certification / Non Certification programs we offer and prepare the buyers persona/target audience
- Research and parallelly develop own database and cold call
- Call the target audience to ensure each of the programs take off with the minimum number of participants
- Follow up with prospects and ensure pipeline of participants are kept ready for all the upcoming batches
- Ensure the monthly targets are met
CRM Administration
- Update Zoho CRM daily.
- Track opportunities and conversion rates.
- Generate pipeline reports.
Proposal Support
- Prepare quotations and proposals.
- Coordinate with operations for costing and schedules.
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain communication with existing clients.
- Identify cross selling opportunities.
KPIs
- Number of leads generated.
- Meetings arranged.
- Proposal follow up effectiveness.
- Revenue contribution.
- CRM accuracy.
Preferred Experience
- 3–5 years B2B sales experience.
- Corporate training or HR services preferred.
Education
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) and above (Preferred)
