- Meet CEOs, HR Directors, CHROs, and business leaders
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand workforce challenges
- Position consulting and talent solutions that improve organizational performance
- Prepare proposals with consulting teams
- Negotiate commercial agreements
- Build strategic partnerships leading to recurring consulting engagements
- Manage a healthy sales pipeline through CRM
Requirements
- 4–8 years of B2B consultative sales experience
- Background in HR consulting, executive search, recruitment, professional services, or management consulting preferred
- Strong understanding of HR functions and organizational challenges
- Excellent executive level communication and negotiation skills
- Existing UAE corporate network will be an advantage
