About the Role
Solomon People Solutions seeks an ambitious Business Development Officer to promote customized corporate training and learning solutions across the UAE and GCC. You will develop new corporate accounts, conduct discovery meetings, and build strategic relationships with HR and Learning leaders.

- Identify and approach HR Directors, L&D Managers, CEOs, Business Unit Heads, and Government organizations
- Generate new business through networking, LinkedIn, referrals, cold calling, email campaigns, and client visits
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand business challenges
- Recommend customized in house learning solutions
- Work with internal teams to develop proposals and commercial offers
- Present solutions and negotiate contracts
- Build strategic relationships leading to repeat business
- Maintain an active CRM pipeline and forecast
Requirements
- 3–7 years of B2B corporate sales experience
- Experience selling corporate training, professional services, consulting, HR solutions, SaaS, or business services
- Excellent presentation and consultative selling skills
- Strong network within UAE corporate organizations is an advantage
- Hunter mentality with excellent relationship building capability
