Role Overview
Lead uniform sales growth across corporate, hospitality, education, healthcare, security, and other sectors.
Manage new business development, key accounts, sales targets, tenders, and order coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop sales strategies to achieve company revenue and sales targets.
- Acquire new corporate and institutional clients and maintain existing relationships.
- Approach organizations requiring uniforms across target sectors.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Coordinate uniform solutions with production and design teams.
- Follow up on quotations, samples, purchase orders, and payments.
- Negotiate prices and commercial terms while maintaining profitability.
- Monitor competitors, pricing, market trends, and new opportunities.
- Maintain the sales pipeline and provide regular reports to management.
- Attend tenders and identify potential uniform supply contracts.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and other teams for order execution.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in the uniform industry is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of uniform manufacturing, customization, fabrics, embroidery, printing, and workwear requirements.
