Responsibilities
- Own the end to end enterprise sales cycle, acting as a strategic advisor to C level executives
- Identify, target, and conquer top tier enterprise accounts, building a robust, high value pipeline across key industries in Saudi market
- Drive adoption of cutting edge, cross border payment solutions to major regional and global players
- Orchestrate complex, multi layered enterprise sales cycles
- Deliver compelling, data driven pitches and highly tailored proposals
- Partner seamlessly with cross functional global talent across Technology, Product, and Business teams
- Act as eyes and ears on the ground, sharing critical business insights, competitive intelligence, and local market trends
Requirements
- 6+ years of elite Enterprise/B2B Sales experience, successfully managing complex, high value deal cycles
- Experience in Payments or FinTech industry is a massive advantage
- Formidable, active network of C level executives, enterprise prospects, and strategic partners across Saudi Arabia
- Deep understanding of global e commerce landscape, cross border financial factors, and enterprise decision making
- Ability to articulate complex tech and payment architectures clearly to both technical and non technical stakeholders
- Exceptional executive level communication and formidable negotiation techniques
- Mastery of Salesforce and modern enterprise sales methodologies
- Highly organized with entrepreneurial mindset, capable of prioritizing shifting workloads and consistently outperforming aggressive sales targets
