What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead Benefits Administration: own and execute day to day operations of regional benefits programs in APAC and MENA.
  • Manage Vendors and Systems: serve as primary point of contact for external benefits providers, negotiate contracts, oversee invoices, and manage benefits systems.
  • Drive Strategic Planning and Benchmarking: research market trends, use data to analyze plan utilization, and recommend improvements.
  • Manage Renewals and Implementations: take full ownership of benefits renewals and new program implementations.
  • Solve Problems and Handle Escalations: act as go to expert for benefits issues, troubleshoot system errors, resolve complex employee escalations.
  • Collaborate Cross Functionally: partner with Payroll, People Onboarding, Finance, Accounting, and Procurement.
  • Take Full Ownership: work with high degree of autonomy ensuring both operational excellence and long term strategic enhancements.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience managing end to end benefits programs with deep understanding of benefits strategy, design, and administration in MENA and APAC Region.
  • In depth understanding of key health, welfare, and retirement benefits administration functions.
  • Proven ability to manage vendors, negotiate contracts, and oversee benefits systems and platforms.
  • Experience using data to analyze trends, benchmark against the market, and recommend strategic improvements.
  • Hands on, proactive approach to managing projects and solving problems autonomously.
  • Excellent communication, presentation skills, and ability to articulate complex benefits information with empathy.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to connect with employees and management.
  • Advanced Google sheet/Excel skills, ability to implement automations and streamline processes.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced work environment.
  • Experience using Workday and/or an alternative benefits platform.
