Role Overview

  • Atos is looking for a dynamic and results oriented Sales Manager to expand its footprint in KSA.
  • Focus on generating new business, managing client relationships, and driving sales targets in public sector, sports, and smart cities.
  • Experience with system integrators is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business opportunities while supporting and expanding existing client accounts, particularly in financial or public sector.
  • Take full responsibility for incoming orders, sales growth, and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders within targeted sectors.
  • Lead the planning, coordination, and implementation of the entire offer process.
  • Actively participate in internal approval processes and collaborate with pre sales and delivery units.
  • Organize and lead contract negotiations.
  • Accurately map and maintain business opportunities and pipeline data in Atos' CRM system.
  • Conduct regular analysis of the market, customers, and competitors.
  • Initiate and participate in the execution of sales and marketing campaigns.

Experience

  • 10 12 years of experience in sales, business development within the IT sector, focusing on project, solution, or product sales.
  • Proven experience working with system integrators and managing clients in financial or public sector.

Educational Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Technical Knowledge

  • Strong technical understanding of information and communication technologies.
  • Experience designing flexible, cross portfolio solutions based on customer needs.

Additional Competencies

  • Ability to set, track, and exceed sales targets.
  • Experience in informal leadership and managing interdisciplinary teams.
  • Strong customer orientation with high initiative and lateral thinking.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Competence in bid management and proposal preparation.
