Role Overview
- To expand Atos’ footprint in UAE, we are looking for a dynamic and results oriented Sales Manager
- Focus on generating new business, managing client relationships, and driving sales targets, particularly in the public sector domain in Abu Dhabi
- Experience with system integrators is essential
Key Responsibilities
- Business Generation & Expansion: Drive new business opportunities while supporting and expanding existing client accounts
- Sales Targets & Pipeline Development: Take full responsibility for incoming orders, sales growth, and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders
- Offer Process Management: Lead the planning, coordination, and implementation of the entire offer process
- Internal Approval & Bid Management: Actively participate in the internal approval processes
- Contract Negotiation: Organize and lead contract negotiations
- CRM & Pipeline Maintenance: Accurately map and maintain business opportunities and pipeline data in Atos' CRM system
- Market & Customer Analysis: Conduct regular analysis of the market, customers, and competitors
- Campaign Participation: Initiate and participate in the execution of sales and marketing campaigns
Experience and Education
- 10 12+ years of experience in sales, business development, within the information technology sector
- Proven experience working with system integrators and managing clients across multiple industries
- Arabic speaking is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
