Role Overview

  • To expand Atos’ footprint in UAE, we are looking for a dynamic and results oriented Sales Manager
  • Focus on generating new business, managing client relationships, and driving sales targets, particularly in the public sector domain in Abu Dhabi
  • Experience with system integrators is essential

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Generation & Expansion: Drive new business opportunities while supporting and expanding existing client accounts
  • Sales Targets & Pipeline Development: Take full responsibility for incoming orders, sales growth, and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders
  • Offer Process Management: Lead the planning, coordination, and implementation of the entire offer process
  • Internal Approval & Bid Management: Actively participate in the internal approval processes
  • Contract Negotiation: Organize and lead contract negotiations
  • CRM & Pipeline Maintenance: Accurately map and maintain business opportunities and pipeline data in Atos' CRM system
  • Market & Customer Analysis: Conduct regular analysis of the market, customers, and competitors
  • Campaign Participation: Initiate and participate in the execution of sales and marketing campaigns

Experience and Education

  • 10 12+ years of experience in sales, business development, within the information technology sector
  • Proven experience working with system integrators and managing clients across multiple industries
  • Arabic speaking is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
