- Drive new business opportunities and support existing client accounts in public sector, sports, and smart cities
- Take full responsibility for incoming orders, sales growth, and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders
- Lead the planning, coordination, and implementation of the entire offer process
- Participate in internal approval processes and collaborate with pre sales and delivery units
- Organize and lead contract negotiations
- Maintain business opportunities and pipeline data in CRM system
- Conduct regular analysis of market, customers, and competitors
- Initiate and participate in sales and marketing campaigns
Requirements
- 10 12 years of experience in sales, business development within the IT sector
- Proven experience working with system integrators
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Strong technical understanding of ICT
- Experience in bid management and proposal preparation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills

Role Overview

Experience & Education

- Experience in informal leadership and managing interdisciplinary teams for complex projects.
- Competence in bid management and proposal preparation.
