We are inviting internal applications for the role of Sales Manager.
This is an excellent opportunity for high‑performing advisors who are passionate about sales leadership, team management, and driving results in a fast‑paced environment.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and driving the performance of a team of advisors, ensuring achievement of sales targets, high productivity, and strong compliance standards.
What You Will Do
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of advisors
- Drive sales performance against defined targets and KPIs
- Monitor call quality, productivity, and conversion ratios
- Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance, and regulatory guidelines
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of advisors
- Prepare and review MIS, performance reports, and action plans
- Foster a high‑energy, performance‑driven team culture
