- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets
- Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration
- Lead negotiations on commercial agreements, pricing, promotions, and annual contracts
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
- Develop and implement trade marketing initiatives in collaboration with the marketing team
- Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and demand planning processes
- Ensure optimal product availability, distribution coverage, and merchandising standards
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to maximize performance and productivity
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and business reviews for senior management
- Work closely with supply chain and operations teams to ensure efficient inventory management and customer service
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 5–10+ years of sales experience within FMCG in non food categories
- Proven experience managing distributors, key accounts, and retail channels
- Strong knowledge of modern trade, traditional trade, and wholesale markets
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required
