Role Overview
Sales Manager role focused on business development and project acquisition in the commercial interior fit-out sector.
The position is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, and requires in-person work.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities within the commercial fit-out sector.
- Build and maintain relationships with developers, consultants, contractors, and corporate clients.
- Identify upcoming projects and generate qualified leads.
- Prepare and negotiate quotations, proposals, and contracts.
- Manage the sales pipeline and achieve agreed sales targets.
- Maintain existing client relationships and generate repeat business.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of sales or business development experience in the UAE.
- Proven experience in commercial interior design and fit-out.
- Strong experience and network within the Abu Dhabi market.
- Proven track record in securing fit-out projects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
- UAE driving license is preferred.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
