Job Overview
El Rey Global Travel seeks an experienced Chinese Head Chef for offshore catering in Abu Dhabi.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chinese Chef, preferably in large-scale or contract catering.
- Strong knowledge of Chinese cuisine and cooking techniques.
- Experience working in offshore, remote-site, camp, or industrial catering is highly preferred.
- Ability to prepare high-quality Chinese dishes for large numbers of people.
- Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team and under offshore working conditions.
- Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications are an advantage.
