Role Overview
A well-established hotel in Dubai is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Hotel Receptionist.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests with a warm and professional approach.
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Manage guest reservations, bookings, and room assignments.
- Respond to guest enquiries and provide information about hotel facilities and services.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other guest communications.
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest records.
- Address guest requests, concerns, and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other hotel departments.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organised, and presentable.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service throughout the guest experience.
- Perform other front-office and administrative duties as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Hotel Receptionist, Front Desk Agent, or similar hospitality role is required.
- Previous hotel experience in the UAE is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- A professional and welcoming personality is expected.
- Good English communication skills are required; additional languages are advantageous.
- Strong customer-service and problem-solving abilities are required.
- Good computer skills and familiarity with hotel reservation or PMS systems are required.
- The ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays is required.
- Candidates should be well-presented and professional.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hotel environment is required.

- Work location is in person in Dubai.
