Overview

  • Responsible for efficiently managing the day to day activities and performance of all sales team and ensuring achievement of maximum profitability and growth.
  • Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area.
  • Involved in the product development process to achieve the set annual target of revenues and profit margin.

Responsibilities

  • Prepares business plans, assign sales targets, directs the supervisory sales team, arrange product training and hold sales meetings.
  • Generates monthly sales report to top management.
  • Generate sales leads through networking, client visits, market research, and industry contacts.
  • Promote firefighting systems, sprinkler systems, hydrant systems, fire pumps, and related mechanical safety solutions.
  • Coordinate with estimation, engineering, and project teams for accurate proposal preparation.
  • Generates new project budget Report on the E system.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.
  • Reviews and analyzes Daily sales reports submitted by the Sales team.
  • Visits key/new customer and conduct market surveys.
  • Manages the sales and Technical teams and is responsible for their motivation, training, and performance appraisal.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from recognized university in Mechanical.
  • Minimum 8 to 10 years of Total work experience.
  • A professional qualification in Marketing or Sales.
  • Strong knowledge of firefighting systems and mechanical safety equipment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Should be fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Possess a valid UAE driving license.
