- Support execution of annual sales and commercial plans for European market aligned with revenue targets and KPIs
- Manage and grow assigned leisure and consortia accounts by identifying new business opportunities and maximizing room night production
- Build strong relationships with clients, partners, Global Sales Offices, internal teams, and key stakeholders
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, customer insights, account performance, and sales forecasts
- Represent Jumeirah at sales calls, trade shows, sales missions, client events, and familiarisation trips
- Maintain accurate CRM records and coordinate customer requirements with hotel teams
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in international luxury hotel or hospitality environment
- Proven experience managing leisure, consortia, or European market accounts
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to achieve sales targets
- Excellent communication, relationship building, and stakeholder management skills

Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Support execution of annual sales and commercial plans for European market aligned with revenue targets and KPIs.

About You
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience within an international luxury hotel or hospitality environment.
- Proven experience managing leisure, consortia, or European market accounts.
- Strong commercial awareness with ability to identify business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Excellent communication, relationship building, and stakeholder management skills.
