About the Role

- Manage all property Learning & Development administrative activities
- Support the delivery of learning initiatives, training programs, and development activities across all departments
- Provide L&D support to colleagues and handle functional requests related to Oracle Tahweel, Axonify, and other learning systems
- Coordinate training schedules, maintain learning records, create course offerings, and track training completion and activities
- Support Learning Needs Analysis, learning audits, data collection, reporting, and action planning
- Promote a collaborative 'can do' culture, represent L&D in meetings and workshops, and support department specific training needs
Requirements
- Diploma in Hotel Management, Human Resources Management, or an internationally recognized equivalent qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred
- Valid Group Trainer or Team Trainer qualification is desirable
- 3–5 years of experience in training, preferably within the hospitality industry
