- Support the day to day management of outlet operations, ensuring exceptional service standards, operational efficiency, and compliance with established procedures
- Deliver memorable guest experiences by engaging with guests, addressing feedback, and resolving concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Assist in managing financial performance, including inventory control, budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and revenue optimization initiatives
- Lead, coach, and develop team members through training, performance support, and effective workforce planning to maintain a high performing team
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, health, safety, hygiene, and brand presentation across all areas of the outlet
- Collaborate with management to drive business objectives, improve operational performance, and identify opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction and profitability
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management/F&B Management and/or a Health & Safety certification is considered an advantage
- 3–5 years of experience within the hospitality or food & beverage industry, preferably in luxury hospitality environments
- Strong understanding of outlet operations, guest service standards, cash handling procedures, inventory management, and cost control
- Proven leadership and team development skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and support colleagues in a fast paced environment

- An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Outlet Manager to join Pierchic in Jumeirah Al Qasr from September 2026 onward.
- The main duties include supporting outlet operations, delivering memorable guest experiences, managing financial performance, leading team development, and maintaining standards.
Key Responsibilities
