- Oversee the delivery of internal and external service, quality, and commercial performances as per Central Reservations KPI objectives
- Work closely with hotel reservation teams to maximize revenue opportunities and reduce operational inefficiencies
- Monitor and follow up on guest complaints, ensuring relevant solutions are provided by coordinating with other departments
- Oversee all aspects of people management, including development, target setting, reviews, and performance
- Manage and optimise reservations platforms (e.g. SevenRooms) and related F&B systems
- Complete monthly KPI reporting to the Director of Reservations Global Contact Centre
Requirements
- 6 8 years of experience as Restaurant and/or Rooms Reservations Manager or similar role in hospitality
- Bachelor’s / Diploma Degree in Hospitality, Food & Beverage or another relevant field
- Experience with Hospitality systems such as SevenRooms, OpenTable, or similar
- Qualification in Revenue Management is desirable

About the Job
- An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Restaurant Reservations Manager to join Madinat Jumeirah Resort.
