Overview

  • OMNIYAT is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our Sales team and play a key role in driving sales across our portfolio of ultra luxury developments.
  • The Sales Manager is a sophisticated revenue driver and relationship steward who orchestrates the successful closure of ultra luxury real estate transactions whilst building enduring client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct sophisticated market analysis to identify emerging opportunities, track competitive positioning, and inform targeted sales strategies.
  • Execute compelling property consultations and investment presentations with high net worth individuals and institutional investors.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, ensuring a seamless client journey from initial engagement through to successful transaction closure.
  • Develop tailored client engagement strategies aligned with individual investment objectives, risk profiles, and wealth preservation goals.
  • Evaluate and communicate the investment merits of OMNIYAT's portfolio through comparative market analysis, financial insights, and long term value creation opportunities.
  • Provide expert guidance on market conditions, property valuations, financing structures, and investment opportunities.
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key brokers, partners, and industry stakeholders to enhance market reach and access high value opportunities.
  • Organise and support exclusive client events, private viewings, and investment focused experiences that reflect OMNIYAT's commitment to excellence.
  • Maintain exceptional standards of professionalism, service delivery, and client relationship management throughout every stage of the sales process.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of proven real estate sales experience within the UAE market.
  • Demonstrated success in managing high value transactions and achieving ambitious sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a sophisticated understanding of luxury real estate and investment principles.
  • Experience working with discerning clientele, high net worth individuals, and broker networks within Dubai's premium real estate sector.
