- Provide expert guidance on market conditions, property valuations, financing structures, and investment opportunities
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key brokers, partners, and industry stakeholders to enhance market reach and access high value opportunities
- Organise and support exclusive client events, private viewings, and investment focused experiences that reflect OMNIYAT's commitment to excellence
- Maintain exceptional standards of professionalism, service delivery, and client relationship management throughout every stage of the sales process
Requirements
- 5–8 years of proven real estate sales experience within the UAE market
- Demonstrated success in managing high value transactions and achieving ambitious sales targets
- Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Strong commercial acumen and a sophisticated understanding of luxury real estate and investment principles
- Experience working with discerning clientele, high net worth individuals, and broker networks within Dubai's premium real estate sector

- OMNIYAT is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our Sales team and play a key role in driving sales across our portfolio of ultra luxury developments.
- The Sales Manager is a sophisticated revenue driver and relationship steward who orchestrates the successful closure of ultra luxury real estate transactions whilst building enduring client partnerships.
- This role demands a nuanced understanding of luxury market dynamics, financial investment structures, and the refined consultative approach required to engage high net worth individuals and institutional investors.
