Responsibilities
- Welcome and host clients and guests in a professional and confident manner
- Deliver a high quality customer service experience aligned with OMNIYAT’s standards
- Support the sales team with administrative and coordination tasks
- Manage client registrations, documentation, and internal reporting with attention to detail
- Ensure the sales gallery is always presentable and organised
- Assist with gallery events and client appointments
Requirements
- Well spoken and fluent in English
- Well groomed, presentable, confident, with a positive attitude
- Previous hosting, customer service, or face to face guest interaction experience
- Hospitality background preferred
- Comfortable managing administrative tasks and highly detail oriented
- Able to work some weekend days and public holidays
- Open to working across Dubai locations (Palm Jumeirah, Business Bay, DMC)
- Open to future relocation opportunities to Abu Dhabi or Ras Al Khaimah

Role Overview
- We are looking for confident, well presented Sales Gallery Coordinators to deliver an exceptional front of house experience while supporting sales and gallery operations.
