Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Dubai.
The Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, develop and execute sales strategies, and forge partnerships to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities include client prospecting, managing relationships with property owners and tenants, analyzing market trends, and achieving sales targets.
Additionally, the Sales Manager will collaborate cross-functionally to align sales initiatives with company goals and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
- Strong skills in Client Relationship Management and Customer Service
- Proficiency in Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation
- Knowledge of Market Analysis and Strategic Planning
- Industry experience in hospitality, real estate, or property management is highly desirable
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and goal-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales performance metrics
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
