Role Description
- Implement revenue generation strategies.
- Analyze financial data and contribute to financial performance of properties.
- Manage revenue cycles and provide data driven insights to improve pricing and occupancy rates.
- Liaise with internal teams and ensure seamless financial operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Revenue Cycle Management.
- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating financial data and devising revenue strategies.
- Knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles for budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Experience or familiarity with hospitality or real estate industries is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
