- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture and convert leads
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on key metrics such as CPL, ROAS, and conversion rates
- Create audience targeting strategies and retargeting campaigns
- Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights for improvement

- Proven experience in lead generation and performance marketing
- Strong expertise in Email Marketing, Google Ads, and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
