- Handle inquiries, negotiate and renew contracts
- Track performance metrics and identify opportunities to increase occupancy and revenue
- Resolve issues promptly and provide feedback to improve guest experience
- Prepare regular reports and conduct market research
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support business growth
Requirements
- Strong account management and client relationship skills
- Proficiency in sales, negotiation, and revenue focused decision making
- Comfort using booking platforms, CRM tools, and property management systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Well organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple properties
- Customer centric mindset and problem solving abilities
- Previous experience in vacation rentals, hotels, serviced apartments, or real estate
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Real Estate, or related field

Qualifications

Important Note
- Bookkeeping, VAT, Corporate Tax, AML, and audit are handled by external company.
- This role focuses on internal accounts coordination, documentation, reporting, and financial tracking.
