Responsibilities
- Plan and execute video shoots at properties, capturing high quality footage with appropriate lighting and composition
- Edit videos for marketing campaigns, social media, listing platforms, and internal use, including color correction, sound design, and basic motion graphics
- Collaborate closely with marketing, property management, and design teams to produce on brand visuals
- Maintain a consistent style across all content and meet project deadlines
- Organize media assets, maintain equipment, and contribute creative ideas to enhance overall content quality
Requirements
- Strong skills in Video Production, including planning shoots, storyboarding, and coordinating on site filming
- Proficiency in Camera Operation and use of professional Camera equipment for high quality footage capture
- Ability to manage Lighting setups and Shooting Video in various indoor and outdoor environments
- Advanced video editing skills using industry standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects or similar)
- Experience producing content for digital marketing, social media, and property listings, ideally within hospitality or real estate
- Strong visual storytelling, composition, and attention to detail, with a portfolio demonstrating relevant work
- Ability to work on site across multiple properties in Dubai, manage time effectively, and meet tight deadlines
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross functionally with marketing and operations teams

Role Description
- The Videographer & Video Editor is a full time, on site role based in Dubai, responsible for creating visual content that showcases Boon Stay’s vacation homes and brand story.
- Day to day tasks include planning and executing video shoots at properties, capturing high quality footage, and ensuring appropriate lighting and composition.
- The role involves editing videos for marketing campaigns, social media, listing platforms, and internal use, including color correction, sound design, and basic motion graphics.
- The Videographer & Video Editor will collaborate closely with marketing, property management, and design teams to produce on brand visuals.
- The position also includes organizing media assets, maintaining equipment, and contributing creative ideas.
Qualifications
