- Prepare and submit sales proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Collaborate with Reservations, Front Office, and Marketing teams

- Participate in trade shows and networking events
- Manage corporate accounts and ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare monthly sales reports and forecasts
- Monitor sales performance against budgets
