- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to hotel standards
- Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and guest amenities
- Vacuum carpets, mop floors, dust furniture, and sanitize surfaces
- Refill room supplies such as toiletries, tissues, and minibar items
- Report any maintenance issues to supervisors
- Ensure proper handling and disposal of waste and soiled linens
- Follow daily room assignment schedules given by the housekeeping supervisor
- Respond promptly to guest requests in a polite and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping equipment and trolley
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times
- Assist in deep cleaning tasks such as carpet shampooing or furniture polishing when required
- Ensure lost and found items are immediately reported to the supervisor

Responsibilities
