- Lead and manage day to day business operations across multiple divisions (B2B, B2C, and Showroom)
- Oversee sales and marketing strategies to grow market share and profitability
- Manage key customer and supplier relationships, ensuring service excellence and long term partnerships
- Identify and secure new suppliers, business opportunities, and market segments
- Supervise and mentor a multidisciplinary team, fostering a high performance culture
- Represent the company in industry events, trade shows, and conferences
Requirements
- Minimum 5–7 years of managerial or commercial leadership experience, ideally in F&B and HoReCa industries
- Proven ability to manage teams, budgets, and business operations
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing
- Valid GCC driving license is required
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to make strategic decisions independently

- The company imports and distributes premium coffee beans, teas, and coffee machines to hotels, restaurants, specialty coffee shops, as well as retail customers.
