Lead our Surveillance Division and drive sustainable revenue growth across enterprise and government sectors.
This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on business development capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets
- Develop and implement sales plans and strategies
- Identify new business opportunities and support major deal closures
- Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and decision-makers
- Monitor sales pipeline, track performance, and provide guidance
- Negotiate high-value contracts and ensure accurate reporting
- Expand channel partnerships and increase market coverage
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of B2B sales experience in CCTV, Surveillance, or Physical Security
- 2–3 years in a team leadership role
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- English required; Arabic is an advantage
