SOL Properties is seeking an experienced Property Sales Manager to introduce high-value clients to premium residential offerings in Dubai.
The role covers client needs analysis, relationship building, property sales, and delivery of a seamless buying experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Identify and engage new clients through referrals, digital platforms, and networking.
- Present properties with emphasis on lifestyle, investment value, and design features.
- Guide clients through every step of the sales process.
- Maintain knowledge of inventory, pricing, and upcoming launches.
- Prepare offers and contracts and coordinate documentation and payment plans.
- Ensure transactions meet internal policies and legal requirements.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Represent SOL at roadshows, exhibitions, and private tours.
- Support clients after the sale to ensure satisfaction and long-term trust.
What We’re Looking For
- 4–6+ years of experience in residential real estate sales.
- Strong track record in high-ticket property transactions.
- Familiarity with the UAE/GCC market; international exposure is a plus.
- Ability to work with a diverse, high-net-worth clientele.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, premium sales environment.
Skills That Matter
- Fluent, polished English communication, spoken and written.
- Excellent presentation and client-handling skills.
- Confident negotiation with a consultative approach.
- Well-organized and proficient with CRM and digital tools.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
- Additional languages are a plus.
