Job Summary
The Facilities Engineer supports seamless operation, maintenance, and presentation of building systems across high-end residential and commercial developments.
The role focuses on service standards, asset value, resident and tenant experience, and luxury brand expectations.
Facilities Operations
- Oversee MEP systems and monitor HVAC systems, chillers, pumps, elevators, lighting, water features, and BMS.
- Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs and coordinate service providers, contractors, and specialist vendors.
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and condition assessments of assets and infrastructure.
- Maintain CAFM maintenance logs, asset registers, and operational reports.
Compliance and Improvement
- Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, DEWA, and other UAE regulatory requirements.
- Monitor energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives while supporting cost optimization.
- Lead emergency response for breakdowns, fire alarms, and critical incidents.
- Support project handovers, snagging, testing and commissioning, and documentation review.
