Job Description
Wadan Developments is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join its sales team.
The role involves promoting and selling luxury properties, leading a high-performing team, and contributing to sales targets.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead B2B and B2C property sales activities.
- Generate leads through networking, marketing campaigns, and broker databases.
- Showcase available properties and explain key features to potential buyers.
- Source and connect with potential buyers through direct and indirect channels.
- Conduct site visits and prepare presentations.
- Own monthly sales targets aligned with the annual overall sales target.
- Prepare and manage contracts, payment plans, and sales documentation.
- Ensure all sales comply with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
- Develop the client database and update the CRM.
- Build and maintain relationships with HNWIs, corporate clients, and brokers.
- Advise clients on development benefits, investment potential, financing options, market trends, and legal processes.
Qualifications
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate or with a real estate developer.
- Have comprehensive knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market and customer dynamics.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Have strong leadership abilities and a track record of managing sales teams effectively.
- Demonstrate a results-oriented mindset and ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Perform effectively under pressure.
- Be fluent in English, Arabic, and French.
