Position Summary
The Commercial & Contracts Manager is responsible for commercial, contractual, financial, and claims management for a high-rise building project.
The role covers the project from contract award through completion and final account.
The project is associated with Autolink Contracting LLC.
Required Experience
- Strong experience in high-rise building construction is required.
- Experience with FIDIC contracts, subcontract management, variations, claims, extensions of time, cost control, cash flow, and dispute resolution is required.
- Experience in the UAE or GCC construction market is preferred.
Contract Administration
- Manage the main contract throughout the complete project lifecycle.
- Review contract conditions, specifications, drawings, BOQs, and commercial requirements.
- Ensure contractual obligations, notices, deadlines, and procedures are followed.
- Prepare, review, and issue contractual correspondence, notices, instructions, and responses.
- Maintain contract registers and records and monitor milestones, completion dates, liabilities, and obligations.
- Ensure bonds, guarantees, insurance, warranties, and other contractual requirements remain valid and compliant.
