Role Overview
Wadan Real Estate Development is seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret data for business decisions.
The role requires effective use of data analysis tools and the ability to learn proprietary software systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Use data analysis software, reporting tools, databases, and company-specific systems.
- Learn and operate proprietary software and internal platforms, including where formal training or documentation is limited.
- Generate regular and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and data insights.
- Identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities through data analysis.
- Maintain accurate data records and ensure data quality.
- Translate internal reporting requirements into actionable analysis.
- Troubleshoot basic software and data-related issues and coordinate escalation when required.
- Document processes, reports, and procedures to improve consistency and efficiency.
- Support implementation and improvement of data systems and reporting processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, business, statistics, computer science, or a related field.
- Experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
