Responsibilities
- Lead the end to end sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, preparing proposals, delivering presentations, and negotiating contracts
- Set sales targets, develop sales plans, and track performance against goals
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Gather feedback on products and services and work with technical teams to align solutions
- Forecast pipeline and maintain accurate CRM records
- Monitor market trends and competitors
- Represent HAMDAZ Technologies at meetings, events, and industry forums
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally within technology, AI, or engineering services
- Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation to closing and post sales relationship management
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience developing sales strategies, setting targets, and reporting on performance using CRM and sales tools
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical, product, and operations teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- Fluency in English required; Arabic language skills are a plus

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Sales Manager role based in Abu Dhabi. Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally within technology, AI, or engineering services.
- Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation to closing and post sales relationship management.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions in clear business terms.
- Experience developing sales strategies, setting targets, and reporting on performance using CRM and sales tools.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical, product, and operations teams to shape client proposals and solutions.
- Comfort working in a fast paced, growth oriented environment with shifting priorities and evolving client needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree or sales certifications are an advantage.
- Familiarity with the Abu Dhabi and wider UAE market, with existing industry networks considered a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, including the ability to interpret data and market insights to drive sales decisions.
- Fluency in English required; Arabic language skills are a plus.
