Role Description

  • This is a full time, on site Sales Manager role based in Abu Dhabi.
  • The Sales Manager will lead the end to end sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, preparing proposals, delivering presentations, and negotiating contracts with new and existing clients.
  • The role includes setting sales targets, developing sales plans, and tracking performance against goals in coordination with leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end to end sales cycle including prospecting, qualifying leads, preparing proposals, delivering presentations, and negotiating contracts.
  • Set sales targets, develop sales plans, and track performance against goals.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and gather feedback on products and services.
  • Forecast pipeline and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors.
  • Represent HAMDAZ Technologies at meetings, events, and industry forums.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally within technology, AI, or engineering services.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales lifecycle.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience developing sales strategies and reporting using CRM and sales tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with the Abu Dhabi and wider UAE market.
