Job Summary
- Results driven Sales Coordinator with 2 years of experience in IT and ELV solutions, supporting sales activities, proposal development, and client engagement across dynamic technology driven environments in the UAE.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage quotations, proposals, and technical submissions for IT/ELV solutions including networking, cybersecurity, servers, CCTV, access control, and communication systems.
- Support the sales team in RFP/RFQ responses, compliance documentation, and vendor registrations with major clients.
- Handle CRM, sales pipeline updates, and maintain accurate pricing and product databases.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and finance teams for order processing, purchase requisitions, and invoicing.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and OEMs to ensure timely delivery of information and services.
- Schedule client meetings, product demos, and follow ups to support business development activities.
