Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage IT infrastructure and application health in a 24×7 Network Operations Center (NOC) environment
- Respond to, troubleshoot, and coordinate the resolution of incidents to meet agreed SLAs
- Perform incident, problem, change, and service request management in accordance with ITIL best practices
- Monitor infrastructure using Zabbix and application performance using Cisco AppDynamics
- Manage tickets and service requests through Jira Service Management (JSM)
- Coordinate with customer stakeholders, vendors, and internal technical teams to ensure timely issue resolution
- Prepare operational reports, document incidents, and maintain accurate records
- Deliver professional customer facing support while working from the customer's premises
Requirements
- Previous experience in Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech environments
- Experience working in a 24×7 NOC / IT Operations environment
- Good understanding of ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management
- Hands on experience with Zabbix, Cisco AppDynamics, and Jira Service Management
- Strong incident coordination, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
- Excellent customer facing communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent spoken and written English

- Hamdaz Technology Services LLC is looking for an experienced Network Operations Specialist (On site NOC Engineer) to join our team and provide operational support at a prestigious customer site in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage IT infrastructure and application health in a 24×7 Network Operations Center (NOC) environment.
- Respond to, troubleshoot, and coordinate the resolution of incidents to meet agreed SLAs.
- Perform incident, problem, change, and service request management in accordance with ITIL best practices.
