Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Abu Dhabi for a Sales Manager.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and leading a team of sales professionals.
Additionally, the role includes identifying new business opportunities, maintaining market knowledge, and providing exceptional customer service to clients.
Qualifications
- Proven sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the real estate market and relevant industry trends
- Ability to analyze market data and provide insightful feedback
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
- Experience in real estate sales or a similar field is preferred
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage
