Responsibilities
- Oversee end to end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
- Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals
- Implement HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with local labor laws
- Manage HR documentation, support learning and development initiatives, and facilitate performance reviews
- Handle employee concerns with discretion and fairness
- Contribute to culture building activities, employee engagement programs, and continuous process improvements
Requirements
- Strong HR operations skills including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in HRIS, MS Office, and basic data reporting and analysis
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to design and implement HR policies, processes, and employee engagement initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) are an advantage
- Proven experience in an HR generalist or HR manager role, preferably within real estate or similar fast paced industry
- High level of integrity, discretion with confidential information, and collaborative, solution focused mindset

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Human Resources Manager role based in Dubai.
- Oversee end to end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
