Requirements
- Strong background in Sales and Sales Operations, with a track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets
- Proficiency in Business Development, including identifying new markets, building partnerships, and expanding client portfolios
- Experience in Team Management, including coaching, performance management, and fostering a collaborative, high performing sales culture
- Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and maintain long term client relationships
- Previous leadership experience in real estate or a related sector in Dubai or the wider GCC region is highly beneficial
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Comfort with CRM systems, sales analytics, and data driven decision making
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Ability to work on site in Dubai and adapt to a fast paced, target driven environment

Role Description
- Lead and manage the sales team, set performance targets, and oversee day to day sales operations to drive revenue growth across the company’s portfolio of exclusive developments.
- Develop and execute sales strategies, manage the sales pipeline, monitor market trends, and identify new business opportunities in the Dubai real estate market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and partners, ensuring a high standard of customer service and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with leadership, marketing, and operations teams to align sales initiatives with overall business goals and to provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting.
Qualifications
