Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Consultant based in Dubai, focused on the sale of premium secondary market properties across the city's most sought-after communities.
The Property Consultant will be responsible for offering expert advice to clients, conducting property viewings, and assisting clients with buying, selling, or renting properties.
Additional responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and staying informed about market trends to provide the best possible services to clients.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Consulting, Real Estate, or Sales
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
- Strong understanding of the real estate market, especially in Dubai
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships with professionalism
- Proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus
- Fluency in multiple languages is advantageous
- Relevant certifications or licenses in real estate are beneficial
