Job Summary

  • We are seeking a motivated and results driven Sales Manager to drive business growth and expand our market presence in Abu Dhabi.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong sales experience, established client relationships, and the ability to lead a high performing sales team while increasing brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
  • Strengthen brand presence through client engagement and promotional initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Prepare sales reports and ensure the achievement of monthly targets.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Electronics industry experience is preferred; candidates from other industries are welcome to apply.
  • Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi market and existing client network is an advantage.
