Sales Manager role for an established scaffolding and industrial services company in the UAE.
Responsible for revenue growth, new business development, and client-base expansion across Dubai and the wider UAE.
The commercial offering includes scaffolding material supply, rental, installation, and dismantling services.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and new business development across the UAE scaffolding market.
- Develop opportunities for scaffolding material sales, rental or hire, installation, and dismantling services.
- Build relationships with main contractors, subcontractors, industrial clients, and project decision-makers.
- Identify projects, generate qualified leads, and manage the full sales cycle through order closure.
- Grow key accounts and recurring business while coordinating commercially achievable solutions with operations.
- Negotiate rates and terms, protect margins, monitor competitors, and maintain pipeline forecasts and reports.
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience in sales or business development within scaffolding, construction, equipment rental, industrial services, or access solutions.
- Proven success winning new business and achieving sales targets.
- Understanding of scaffolding material sales, rental, and/or installation services.
- Existing UAE construction and industrial network is highly preferred.
- Commercial understanding of pricing, costs, rental rates, and margins.
- Strong client relationship, negotiation, closing, and independent business development skills.
- Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is advantageous.
- UAE/GCC market experience is strongly preferred.
